2) Salary Terms
No Salary During Training ( 3 Months)
Rs 7,500/- PM from 4th Month till one year.
Rs 2500/-PM *24 months (Rs 60,000) as Loyalty Bonus will be paid after 24 months of binding period.

Your first performance evaluation would be after 12 months from the day you complete your successful training. All good performers would be entitled for salary revision and/or designation change.
