Job Description:
- The work profile includes responsibility for running mobile digital programs to generate high quality traffic to the app/website.
- Drive high quality and high volume app installs across Zoomcar’s Android and iOS apps via multiple acquisition channels including ad networks, remarketing campaigns.
- Perform budget planning/allocation, manage campaign performance and customer acquisition cost. Optimize campaigns and continuously drive down customer acquisition costs.
- Leverage technology, creativity and data driven insights to optimize campaigns by sharp contextual targeting and retargeting.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and conduct marketing effectiveness analysis during and following campaigns.
- Champion new ideas and channel opportunities and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital market place.
- Initially an individual contributor who will work with internal (tech, products) and external (ad networks, agencies, partners) teams to execute on campaigns.
- Broader digital marketing skills encompassing keyword generation, PPC marketing and banner advertising & Experience of campaign management e.g. Google Ad Words, Ad Mob, Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis for mobile advertising channels
Ideal candidate should have/be:
- 2-3 yrs of relevant experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, high attention to detail
- Strong on analytics, problem solving skills and logical reasoning, extremely data driven
- Desire and ability to think like the customer
- Strong understanding of technology and business
- Basic understanding of mobile digital marketing concepts (including performance marketing, remarketing), strategy and best practices
- Good understanding of Google Analytics or other relevant tools
- Prior experience in mobile app marketing is mandatory
