Hands on experience in trouble shooting both Hardware & Software related Problems, Network related complaints.
Good in LAN & WAN troubleshoot
Installation and configuration of MS Windows, MS Office XP/2007, Internet Explorer, Antivirus.
Implementation of various group policies for windows 2003 domain, Network-drive mapping by using batch files etc.Installed & configured DHCP server
Installation and configuration of MS Outlook and trouble shooting outlook related problems
Basic domain/server/network knowledge
