-          He should be good in c# & should be able to solve the performance related issues. Ex : fine tuning the application to bring the improvement from 200ms to 100ms www.presentjobs.com
-          Candidate should be good on using WCF for development.
-          He should be good in database design & should be able to resolve SQL Server performance related issues. He should be a performance tuning expert.
-          He should be hands on with Enterprise level design patterns.
-          Should have 2-3 years of client-Server application design & development experience
-  Agile experience is preferable.
